Durascape™ by Etex (formerly BGC) is a strong, lightweight fibre cement base sheet with a subtle 5mm shiplap joint that adds a clean vertical shadow line to any facade. Designed for single-storey to medium-rise construction, it’s ideal for cladding large areas quickly and efficiently — without the need for taped or filled joints. It can be finished with roll-on or trowel-applied acrylic textures to create smooth, bold, or textured finishes. Durascape is resistant to termites, moisture, fire, salt, and UV exposure, making it a durable solution for Australian conditions and BAL-40 rated zones.
