Stratum™ is a contemporary fibre cement cladding system designed to deliver clean lines and creative freedom. Manufactured by Etex (formerly BGC), Stratum includes three distinct plank profiles that can be installed individually or mixed together to create bold, architectural facades. With its easy shiplap join, durable fibre cement construction, and low-maintenance finish, Stratum is ideal for residential and low- to mid-rise commercial projects. It’s designed for fast installation and long-term performance in Australia’s harshest conditions.
- Available in three profile styles: Stratum, Stratum Duo, and Stratum Contour
- Made from durable fibre cement — resistant to rot, decay, warping and termites
- Features a shiplap joining system for fast, clean installs
- Can be face fixed or concealed fixed depending on wind zone
- Supplied factory sealed and ready to paint
- Suitable for use on timber and lightweight steel framing
- Designed for horizontal installation only
- Conforms to AS/NZS 2908.2 and AS1530.3 for fire performance
- BAL-40 compliant when installed as per guidelines
- Can be used externally or as a striking internal feature wall
